Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship USPS priority or flat rate, usually within three business days from order. Free shipping (over $75) is sent ground or priority (depending on distance and price.)

Please select the correct shipping for your order. There is no free shipping under $75.

“Customer Pickup (This is NOT free shipping)” means you have opted to pay $0 for shipping and will drive to Minnetonka (about two miles south of Ridgedale) within 10 business days to pick up your order. (By arrangement, you may opt to pick up your order at any of the locations where we are showing—listed under “see us.”).

If you decide you cannot pick up your order in the two week period, you may:

  1. Request an invoice for the shipping charges and have the order shipped or
  2. Cancel the order. Your money will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee (this helps us offset credit card purchase, refund and service fees, and any invoicing fees we paid on your order.)

We will send reminder emails to pick up your order. After 30 days and multiple attempts to reach you, your order will be considered abandoned.
